This notice explains what personal information is collected through this website, why it is used and the choices available to you.
Who controls your information
Approwa is currently operated by Tigran Muradyan, Paris, France, who is the data controller for information collected through this website. Responsibility will transfer to the Approwa operating company once it is incorporated, and this notice will be updated at that time.

Information we collect
When you request a demonstration, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, company, work email address, optional telephone number and your message.
Your language preference (EN or FR) is stored in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and arrange demonstrations.
- To understand your organisation’s requirements and prepare a relevant pilot.
- To protect the website, prevent abuse and maintain service reliability.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
Legal bases
We process enquiry information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and for our legitimate interests in responding to prospective customers and operating a secure business website. Where consent is required, we rely on consent and you may withdraw it at any time.
Service providers and transfers
We use a small number of providers to operate the website: Web3Forms processes form submissions on servers in the United States (US-East), forwards them to our email inbox and states that it does not retain form submissions; its server logs may contain personal information and are deleted periodically, currently every two months. Proton Mail (Switzerland) receives and stores enquiry correspondence. Cloudflare Pages hosts, secures and delivers the site.
Each provider processes limited technical or submission data under its own terms. Where processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the transfer safeguards made available by the relevant provider where required.
We do not use advertising networks, we do not build visitor profiles, and we do not sell or rent your information.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond, manage the prospective business relationship and meet record-keeping requirements — normally no more than 24 months from our last contact with you. Enquiries that do not progress are reviewed periodically and deleted.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. There are no advertising, analytics or profiling cookies, and therefore no consent banner. Your language preference is held in browser local storage on your own device. Infrastructure providers process standard technical logs necessary for security and delivery.
Your rights
You have the right to access your information, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and request portability. Write to contact@approwa.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we respond within one month.
You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or with your local data-protection authority.
Changes
This notice will be updated when the Approwa operating company is incorporated, and whenever our practices change. The date below reflects the current version.
